Letter from employer in USA explaining the purpose of the trip and guaranteeing financial support for the visit
Official invitation FOR MULTIPLE ENTRY ONLY from authorized organization in the Kazakhstan. The organization must be duly registered in Kazakhstan. The invitation must state your name, dates of the visit, and cities to be visited. Organization in Kazakhstan must also have confirmation sent by the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan to their Embassy in Washington on your behalf
HIV test certificate for those applying for a visa for a duration of stay over 3 months
Tourist Visa issued only up to one month and as a single entry only
Other Information
US Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay
