Passport Information
US Passport must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay.
Bangladesh Tourist Visa
A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining
2- Original application forms, fully completed and signed
3- Passport type photographs
A copy of the Resident Alien Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
Onward-return ticket or confirmed itinerary
Bangladesh Business Visa
A valid passport with atleast 6 months validity remaining

3- Passport type photographs
A copy of the Resident Alien Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen
A letter from the company in the U.S.(on company letterhead) stating the purpose and duration of the trip and guaranteeing sufficent funds during the intended stay
A letter of invitation from the host company in Bangladesh (REQUIRED)
Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary.
