A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead
The letter must state the nature of business to be performed;
Name and address of reference to be visited;
Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
Other Information
The CHAD tourist or business visa is usually valid for only 30 days from date issued, for a stay not to exceed 30 days. This means the applicant must enter Chad within 30 days of the issue of the visa, and can then stay up to 30 days.
The International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is not required at time of visa issuance, but must be presented upon arrival.
Canadian residents may apply for visa through Washington D.C.
