Original Passport with at least 2 blank pages and valid for more than 6 months from the date of submitting application.
1 fully completed and signed visa application form.
1 Passport type photograph.

Business Visa:
Original Passport with at least 2 blank pages-must be valid for 6 months.1 fully completed and signed visa application form.
1 Passport type photograph.
Company letter from the applicant's employer.

Other Information
For Business Visa An Invitation from an authorized organization company or organization in PR China (not Hong Kong) is required. The invitation may be faxed. If a multiple entries visa is required, the invitation must be issued by a Chinese Government Ministry or Chinese Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission, and include their 4-digit reference number. Double entry may be obtained for additional $35.00. Multiple entry visas are available to business visitors only.
