A business letter of responsibility is required to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to

Embassy of Ecuador Visa Section  Washington DC

The letter should explain the nature of business to be performed

Company name and address to be visited in Ecuador

Guarantee financial responsibility for the applicant  including return or onward transportation

The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant
