Passport Information.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
Ghana Tourist Visa:
Submit your valid signed U S Passport must have at least 6 months remaining.
2 Visa Application forms, fully completed and signed (8 1/2 x 14)
2 Passport type photographs required.
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary or letter of confirmation from travel agent
Ghana Business Visa:
Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining.
2 Visa Application forms, fully completed and signed (8 1/2 x 14)
2 Passport type photographs required.
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever.
A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead.
Processing time 2 working days non RUSH
