Passport Information
Your Passport must have 6 months remaining validity
Indonesia Tourist Visa
Valid Passport, must be valid for at least 6 months for Single Entry visa, and 18 months for Multiple Entry visa.
2 Passport type photographs.
2 Completed and signed visa application forms.
Letter from Sponsor stating the purpose of travel and financial responsibility.
Copy of round trip airline ticket or itinerary.
Indonesia Business Visa
Your valid, signed, Passport -must have at least 6 months remaining validity
2 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed
2 Passport-type photographs required
Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
Letter from company on company letterhead explaining reason for travel, and guaranteeing financial responsibility and return travel
Other Information
The Indonesia visa is usually valid for three months from date of issue, for stay not to exceed 30 days or 60 days
The Multiple Entry visa is available for business visitors only. Letter of invitation from host company in Indonesia is required.
Passport must have at least six months remaining validity beyond the stay, and contain at least one blank visa page for visa to be issued.
