Passport Information.
U.S. Passport or passport of any other nationality, must have at least 6 months remaining validity from the day of entry into the country.

Please note: The visa application form must be completed online only and the appropriate consular fees paid online with a credit card. Please print a copy of your application form and sign the form. Please print the payment receipt and mail it to A Washington Travel & Passport Visa Services along with other documents.

Nigeria Tourist Visa.
One application form, fully completed and signed.
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining.
2- recent passport size photograph.
A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen.
Invitation letter from host in Nigeria( with full address ) and a copy of his/her Nigerian passport (first four pages)  
Tourist must submit copies of their certified hotel reservation statements.
Proof of sufficient funds (bank statements, pay stubs)
International certificate of vaccination for yellow fever(Yellow Health Card) 
A copy of the onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary.
 
Nigeria Business Visa.

One application form, fully completed and signed.
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining.
2- recent passport size photograph.
A copy of the Green Card or a valid visa back to the U.S. if the applicant is not a U.S. citizen.
A cover letter from the company in the U.S. on the company letter head stating the purpose and duration of the trip, name and address of the company to be visited and that the company in the U.S. guarantees financial support during the stay in Nigeria.
An official letter of invitation from the host in Nigeria.
International certificate of vaccination for yellow fever(Yellow Health Card)
A copy of the onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary .
