Russian Business Visa.
1 visa application form. TYPED ONLY.
2-Two recent passport-type photographs.
3- A cover letter from your company (or from yourself if traveling individually) with information on the traveler, destination, terms and purpose of the trip.
4- Letter of Invitation from Hosting Organization in Russia. The Hosting Organization must be certified by the Russian Foreign Ministry.
5- Round trip flight itinerary from airlines or travel agency
Russian visa will be issued strictly according to your travel itinerary. If you change your travel date, you will need to apply for a new visa and pay the fees again. Additional Requirement.
Non-US Passport holder needs to provide copy of the Green Card or other evidence of US permanent residency status.
Other Information.
The invitation must be from a Russian company or organization and not from a representation office of a foreign company there. Please make sure that your inviting company is duly registered in Russia and is not a 100% foreign investment company. Travelers name and the name of the inviting organization must be clearly stated on the invitation as well as the dates of your visit and cities to be visited. Handwritten invitations or those which appear to have been altered in any way are not accepted.
Invitations to Russia issued by Russian organizations must be processed through the Russian Ministry of Interior.

A standard tourist confirmation from a hosting authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a voucher from your hotel or travel agency in Russia.
An official letter of invitation from your hosting organization registered with either the Russian Ministry of the Interior with its local offices or the Russian Foreign Ministry with its regional representatives. Such invitations can be delivered to us by telex or forwarded to you directly through facsimile transmission. Please note however that we reserve the right to require originals if we deem it necessary.
