Your valid signed US Passport at least 6 months remaining validity
1 Visa Application Form fully completed and signed
1 Passport type photograph required.
International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever and Cholera. recommended by the Embassy.
Copy of round trip airline tickets.

Your valid signed US Passport at least 6 months remaining validity.

A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on your. company letterhead and addressed to Embassy of Sierra Leone Visa Section Washington DC explaining.
A profile of the company the applicant represents with a letter of invitation from a registered company/organization in Sierra Leone is required.
Evidence of sufficient funds to cover the period applicant wishes to stay in Sierra Leone (e.g. Copy of bank statement)
There is no limit to the amount of money carried into the country but the amount should be declared at the port of entry.
