By using the services of VISADC.COM / A Washington Travel & Passport Visa Services Inc. (“VISADC”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Authorization
I hereby authorize A Washington Travel & Passport Visa Services Inc. to submit my passport and/or travel document application to the appropriate U.S. Passport Agency, foreign consulate, embassy, or government authority on my behalf and to receive documents related to my application.
Under the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), government agencies may not release personal information without the written consent of the applicant. By using our services, you authorize our registered couriers and agents to communicate with the appropriate agencies regarding your application.
Non-Government Disclosure
VISADC.COM / A Washington Travel & Passport Visa Services Inc. is a private, non-government company. We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency.
Customers may apply directly through official government agencies without using our expediting services. Our service fees are separate from government fees.
Expediting Services
We act as your authorized courier and limited agent for the purpose of submitting and facilitating your application through legally authorized passport and document courier procedures.
We do not issue passports, visas, apostilles, or other travel documents. All approvals, denials, processing times, and requirements are determined solely by the issuing government authorities.
Our services are designed to help simplify and expedite document submission and retrieval while providing customer support and application review assistance.
Applicant Responsibilities
Applicants are solely responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate information
- Submitting all required supporting documentation
- Meeting travel and processing deadlines
- Verifying all information before submission
VISADC.COM is not responsible for delays, denials, or rejections resulting from incomplete applications, incorrect information, missing documents, or government processing delays.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party delivery carriers including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or other courier services.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by:
- Government agency processing backlogs
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public emergencies or pandemics
- Technical system failures
- Travel itinerary changes
Processing Times
Processing times displayed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Government agencies reserve the right to request additional documentation or suspend processing at their sole discretion.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion if we believe information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise deficient.
In such cases, our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of fees paid directly to us for services not yet rendered.
Limitation of Liability
VISADC.COM / A Washington Travel & Passport Visa Services Inc., including its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, and contractors, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount of service fees paid directly to us.
Refund Policy
Orders Cancelled Within 24 Hours
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and prior to processing may qualify for a refund of service fees.
Orders Already Processed
Once an application has been submitted, scheduled, manifested, reviewed, or processing work has begun, service fees become non-refundable.
Government fees paid to the U.S. Department of State or other government agencies are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our billing department.
Force Majeure
VISADC.COM shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to pandemics, government shutdowns, labor strikes, transportation disruptions, acts of God, war, terrorism, or public emergencies.
Acceptance of Terms
By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
