State Department letter. A letter from the US Department of State addressed to the “Embassy of Brunei Darussalam, Washington D.C. “, giving a detailed description of the purpose of travel, the names and addresses of any organizations to be visited, and the dates of the trip. The letter must contain the applicant’s name and the passport number.
