Airline tickets or itinerary
Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival & departure dates.
Business Visa Requirements

Business letter
Letter from company on official letterhead, stating duration & purpose of travel, name & address of reference to be visited, & that your company is financially responsible for you during your stay in Madagascar. The letter has to be signed by someone other than the applicant, & addressed to Embassy of Madagascar, Visa Section, Washington DC.

State Department Letter. A letter from the Department of State addressed to the Embassy of Madagascar, Washington DC, explaining the nature & dates of travel. The letter also should indicate the name & passport number of the applicant.
