Tourist Visa Requirements
Current passport
Signature field must be signed & passport must have at least 6 months validity from day of return.

Submit 2 passport photos. Photos must be 2×2, color, with a white background,
Visa application
Submit 1 copy of the visa application form. Print, sign, & fill out completely.
Airline tickets or itinerary
Copy of airline tickets or itinerary showing arrival & departure dates.
Business Visa Requirements

Business letter
A business letter from either the sending company in the US or sponsoring company in Thailand. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to the Embassy of Tanzania,
Sample Company Letter of Guarantee
Business Invitation (soft copy). A business invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Thailand. The letter should be printed on company letterhead stationery, addressed to “The Consulate of Thailand, Visa Section
Bank statement. Copy of the applicant’s most recent monthly bank statement. The statement must clearly show the applicant’s name as the account holder, the balances of the accounts, and the date of the statement.
Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary.
